Tie-break System: The order of players that finish with the same number of points shall be determined by:
a) Median-Buchholz (1,1);
b) Buchholz;
c) Progressive Score; etc.

Entry fees: International masters with ELO above 2400 and Grandmasters do not pay the entry fee.
For players with ELO 2301 or higher:15 EUR
For players with ELO 2201 – 2300: 20 EUR
For players with ELO 2001 – 2200: 25 EUR
For players with ELO 1401 – 2000: 30 EUR
For players without ELO: 30 EUR

Remark: According to the Balkan Prix Protocol, ten players (GMs or IMs with ELO 2400 or higher), are entitled to free full board (2 players from each of the following federations: Bulgaria, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia and Bosnia & Herzegovina).

Visas: Citizens of Bulgaria and Romania do not need an entry visa for Bosnia and Herzegovina.
